Some stuff I thought would be cool or funny, but don't currently plan on making. You're welcome to do any of these yourself, and I'd love to hear about it if you do! You can comment on my Neocities profile or email me at twilight2095@proton.me.
- A mouse cursor that looks like it's eating the links you hover over. I used RealWorld Cursor Editor back in the day on Windows; here's a tutorial for making a cursor theme on Linux.
- A small version of an industrial wire spool rack for holding spools of thread.
- Plant markers that look like tiny road signs but they say names of plants.
- I've made earrings that look like hazard signs by cutting the triangle/diamond shapes out of a soda can with scissors, putting them against a block of wood and nailing a hole where I wanted them to hang by, filing down the edges, and painting and sealing them.
- If you have access to an electronic die cutter (e.g. Cricut), some models can cut soda cans. You could also have it cut out the sign design on vinyl instead of painting it.
- If you wanted to be super accurate, you could cut out some strips of aluminum with holes down the middle and bend them to look like real road sign posts. The Federal Highway Administration has official layouts for a bunch of signs, and here's a version of the font they use.
